- Don't share footwear
- Wear shower shoes in public
- Dry between toes after bathing
Research Status
Topical antifungals (terbinafine, clotrimazole) first-line for 1-4 weeks. Oral terbinafine for resistant cases. Keep feet dry. Treat onychomycosis to prevent recurrence. Prevent recurrence with antifungal powder.
