- Regular dental check-ups
Research Status
Conservative treatment first: PT, behavioral therapy, occlusal splints. Botox for refractory cases. Arthrocentesis and arthroscopy for internal derangement. Surgery rare. CBT effective. Multidisciplinary approach best.
